gorgeous, clean place with very efficient and genuinely helpful staff who happened to be the manager. complimentary breakfast with spreads, reasonably priced. comfortable and handy location to cafes & shops, and 15 minute walk from a regional museum.

The hotel offers good value as a mid-range hotel. It met my expectations from the information provided on the web-site

Extractor fan in the bathroom was not working and after a shower the bathroom was unusable. The heat pump was working but the vane was very noisy and not working properly. Amenities starting to look their age. Is in need of an upgrade.

Being really picky, It would have been nice if the curtains were black out or dark, so the room wasn't so bright whilst trying to sleep in.

The rooms are very nice and offer great value for money, i certainly would expect to pay more than i did and that included a breakfast.

The room we were in at very poor TV reception, it took sometime to get moved to another room, Laura was on she did her best but she explained she was the only person on...???

I loved the spotlessly clean room and the comfortable beds, made my stay more fun while I explored the nearby Hamilton Lake Domain and the countless restaurants just a short walk away, including one that delivered a delicious meal right to my door.

Thin nature of walls - noise from other guests I.E. young men returning in early hours of the morning and continuing their loud celebrations, knocking on doors, banging doors, loud joking about.... Until 2 A.M. and then leaving early with all the banging of doors and loud talking again about 6 A.M. Friday night is obviously not a good time to stay in this hotel as it is right next to a restaurant that gives free meals to those with a birthday..... And these men were celebrating a birthday... As they kept singing "Happy Birthday." This hotel needs to put up signs reminding guests to be quiet for other guests.... And have it as vital part of terms and conditions.

Spacious room with a comfortable shower with excellent pressure and hot water, perfect after long day exploring. The complimentary breakfast provided great value, with a simple yet satisfying selection. The staff seemed unprepared when asked about dining options, leading to confusion regarding delivery services. The lack of shower caps was disappointing, especially for those with specific hair care needs. Local restaurant options were mostly pub fare, which didn't quite meet expectations.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was well-appointed. Location very convenient.

There was a breakdown of the hot water system. We were perturbed that the manager did not appear on the scene to supervise repairs, and that our request for a reduction in our rate to compensate for the inconvenience of cold showers was denied.

Close to court, excellent parking and could park car there for the day I checked out

Fridge in room was as noisy as a tractor. The fan in bathroom did not work. The toaster in the breakfast area had a sign "this side out of order" how about just replacing it. Both toasters were crap and there was a que.

Reasonably priced. Could accommodate 3 adults in room. Price included breakfast. Locality Parking Quiet hotel
